Deriving our corporate name, The Lomas Santa Fe Group, from one of our first major projects, The Lomas Santa Fe Community in Solana Beach, California, first took root in 1967 when 1,200 acres were transformed into a beautiful master-planned community.
Completed in the early 1980’s, this development encompasses some 2,000 dwelling units, two major shopping centers, as well as an 18-hole championship golf course, country club, and par-3 executive course. Residences range from mid-density condominiums to prestigious one-acre golf course estates. Farsighted planning, strict architectural controls and meticulous execution have helped preserve the high value and desirability of Lomas Santa Fe through the years.
